If born after January 1st, 1989--Boating License is required.

Although we love furbabies, we cannot allow them on the rental boats.

Due to insurance regulations, no tubes or pulling of any type allowed.

Golf Cart Rental

6 Passenger Limo Golf Cart available for use from check-in to check-out when renting a cabinor overnight site. A refundable damage deposit in the amount of $150.00 must be paid day ofcheck-in, unless rented in conjunction with a cabin. Golf cart is not permitted to leave Swann'sMarina Property. Must be 25 to rent. 

 

Tent Site Rentals

Swann's tent sites are located on the edge of our beautiful property

overlooking Douglas Lake. Perfect for bank fishing or relaxing by

the water. There is a bathhouse on site for customer use that is

accessible at all hours. The trees provided nearby provide wonderful

shade as well as a public picnic table for guest use. Fire pits and grills are available

upon customer request. 

Pets are allowed however, they must be kept on a leash and owners

are responsible for picking up after them.

 

Transient Camper/RV Site Rentals

These transient sites are in the main campground. Perfect for RVs and

Campers on the go looking to rest and relax a couple days. Fire pits and rills are

available upon customer request.

Pets are allowed however they must be kept on a leash and owners

are responsible to picking up after them. Stays are limited to no more

than 2 weeks maximum.
